4. Maintainance and cleaning:
In order to ensure the working efficiency of the solid-liquid separator, we should maintain the components regularly.
- Add lubricating oil to the reducer.
- Regularly add lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication, ensure good lubrication effect and reduce the wear loss to the solid-liquid separator.
- No overload operation.
- To cleaning screen once 1-2 months with high pressure water gun or water. After cleaning, pay attention to the installation position of the screen.
- If it is found that there is less effluent from the liquid outlet, please wash the screen then turn on the machine.
