1. Wedge Wire Sieve Bend Screen Introduction:

Lehler Sieve Bend Screens is a pre-filter to improve the performance of the clarifier by drastically reducing the load.

A curved screen has greater capacity than a flat screen due to forces exerted as material flows against the curved surface.

Lehler sieve bend profile wire is 0.5 degree slanted, which is very efficient for filtration and separation.

• Used in static sieves, our sieve screens can be manufactured in flat, curved, and cylindrical styles based on your Application.

• Used for dewatering. Aggregate and mining applications include coal, potash, taconite, sand or gravel. Chemical applications included fertilizer. Food applications include potatoes, other vegetables, sugar, cornstarch, and cereal.​

• Non-clogging construction: The v-shaped wires and support rods is welded together by automatic resistance welding, which ensures a two- point contact between the particles and the slot,which minimizes clogging of near size product.
• Strong construction: for most applications the wedge wire is self-supporting because of the welding at each intersection and can therefore withstand high pressure(Psi) and heavy loads.
• Smooth Surface Filtration: very good smooth filtration surface, which reduce mechanical wear.
• High-precision slot opening: Minimum Slot opening is 20 microns.
