1. Why we need resin trap?

When the resin is used for on-line water treatment, when the quality of the resin is poor (strength is insufficient),

the water pressure disturbance is large (especially high pressure disturbance), and the resin cylinder wall is damaged.

The resin will enter the whole water system, which will affect the normal operation of other equipment of the system.

Therefore, resin traps need to be installed. Resin trap is mainly to install a filter with much smaller aperture than resin

in the water system pipeline near the outlet of equipment equipped with resin, such as ion exchanger,

and has flushing function. When the resin passes by, it can be intercepted and captured by the filter.

At the same time, the captured resin can be discharged out of the system by automatic flushing

through the differential pressure between front and back.
